Chakras are energy centers of the body. Although we might not be able to see these centers with our physical eyes, it doest mean they are not there.
Chakras are like spinning fortexes where the physical and consciousness meet togehter. Its pretty much the base foundation of your existence.
There are about 114 actual chakras active in our entire body, but we tend to focus on the 7 major chakras.

Each of the 7 main chakras also contain our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. Keeping the energy flowing freely within our body and our chakras open is much easier to do when you have awareness of them and what an imbalance might feel like. Helping to balance one also helps to bring and keep the others in balance as well.
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” ―
We all think that the couch we are sitting on is solid, but what if I told you it actually isnt solid?
Everything is made up of energy. We have known for some time that every object is made of tiny molecules and that molecules are made up of even tinier atoms. Atoms are made of tiny sub-atomic particles called neutrons, protons and electrons. This invisible world that makes up the solid objects of our environment is the world of quantum physics.
Electrons are energy. Electrons are where we get electricity. Electrons have a negative charge and protons have a positive charge, whereas neutrons are neutrally charged. When electrons move from one atom to another, there is a current of electricity created.
“Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be changed from one form to another.” ~~Albert Einstein.
Herbal medicine is the study of pharmacognosy and the use of medicinal plants. Plants have been the basis for medical treatments through much of human history, and such traditional medicine is still widely practiced today.
Spirituality (latin=Spirit) is a way of being. Allowing things to be, and accept that whatever is. Living a spiritual life is often related to living from unconditional love.
The way you ‘improve’ or ‘enhance’ your spiritual life, is by just being aware. Awareness is key to living a spiritual life. It asks you to effortlessly check in with your own thoughts, emotions and feelings. Reflecting on your spiritual side on a daily basis, improves your awareness.
With spirituality, no specific religion is followed. Within spirituality, you start to realise that you are the religion. You are the one making choices. You are the one making things happen in your life.
Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing. It emerged in Japan in the late 1800’s and is said to involve the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to their patient.
Reiki stands for: Rei (Universal) and Ki (Life force energy). This type of energy healing targets the energy fields around the body (Your aura).
Mikau Usui discovered Reiki in 1922.
We must understand as Reiki practisioners that we are only the channeler for Reiki. Reiki has a consciousness on its own and will know where healing needs to take place.
Reiki sessions can be done in personal, but can also be transferred from a distance. As Reiki does not hold a solid form, it is not bound to time and space like we are.
People who receive Reiki describe it as “intensely relaxing.”
Conditions that Reiki has been used to help treat include:
- heart disease
- chronic pain
- neurodegenerative disorders
- Crohn’s disease
- fatigue syndromes
Patients who have undergone a Reiki session may say:
- “I feel very refreshed and seem to be thinking more clearly.”
- “I think I fell asleep.”
- “I can’t believe how hot your hands got!”
- “I feel more relaxed than even after a massage.”
- “My headache is gone.”
Tarot readings are mainly used to get insight about your flaws and qualities. It is a way to check in with your subconscious mind, which is ulitmately connected with your internal reality. It shows you your current vibrations and what it is that needs your attention a bit more.
Tarot readings are also used to get insight about future events or just what to expect in the future.
During tarot readings, spirits and angels will communicate with me through my subconscious mind. That is why it is important for the channeler to have 0 expectations about the outcome of the questions being asked.
I am doing my tarot readings based on my intuition and empathic skills. This means that I will not be your mainstream tarot reader to show you that tomorrow you will find your soulmate. No. I will show you the path towards self-love and self-empowerment. Why?
Because up until this moment in time, you have been ‘with yourself’ the entire time. You were the one to make the choices for yourself. You are the one that comforted yourself when nobody else did. Know that YOU are the one that is resolving your own issues all the time, even when you think someone else did it for you. Even when someone helped you with something, you ultimately were the one to allow that help :).
Consciousness shortly described is “sentience or awareness of internal or external existence”
Consciousness refers to your individual awareness of your unique thoughts, memories, feelings, sensations, and environments. Essentially, your consciousness is your awareness of yourself and the world around you. This awareness is subjective and unique to you. If you can describe something you are experiencing in words, then it is part of your consciousness.
Below is a video which explains Consciousness in more depth. Definitely worth checking out.
By practicing meditation, you learn how to take control of your mind. Instead of being a victim of life, you are now becoming a master of your life.
What you are 90% of the day unconscious of, is the fact that subconscious thoughts are running in the background all day long. Subconscious thoughts are in the modern days created from looking on the outside. Looking towards what other people think, thinking if you’re worth the job you are trying to apply to.
From the age 0-7, a child is mainly absorbing characteristics, behaviours, intentions etc from people externally. We are talking about sucking up all these things from their parents, people they meet on the street, kids they play with at school.
This is because a child that just gotten into this world, does not have any ‘Self’ to be conscious of. So, a self needs to be created in order to flow with modern society.
Later on in life, these children will start to question their intentions, their behaviour and characteristics because when you grow up, people will start to like and dislike certain behaviours. This influences your mood, emotions and thoughts as you have been looking on the outside all this time.
Meditation helps with bringing your consciousness back into the now, instead of the past or future. Overtime, meditation will show you that pretty much ALL of the things you are scared of, afraid of, nervous about, worry about, are emotional about, are actually all created in the mind and is NOT the reality you are living in now.
What most people dont understand is how powerful the mind is.
Why focus on the breath you ask? Well, because the breath runs unsconsciously and consciously, it is the bridge between the subconscious and conscious mind. Breathing is mandatory to do every moment in your life, thats why this tool is your roots for mindfulness.

How to sit in meditation:
Your posture is pretty important in meditation. If you are sitting for a long period of time in one position, you can imagine that if you are sitting uncomfortably, your awareness will draw itself towards that.
Try to sit cross-legged, with your spine straight (not too straight, just easy it up) and your eyes closed. Lay one hand into the other, with the palms facing upwards. It the gesture of receiving, just like you see pictures of the Buddha.
Try to allow any thoughts to just come in, and let them flow away. Focus your attention towards your breath. Keep it steady and in rythm. Every time you drift of into a random thought about litteraly anything, gently bring yourself back to your breath.
One must understand that this is a practice, not an instant gratification. Know that the more you make this a habit, the easier life will be on you.
Its all an illusion, its all in the mind.
Synchronicities are incidents of spiritual significance that ask us to momentarily dampen our self-obsession and consider the possibility of the divine. Synchronistic experiences leave us with a curious sense that we should pay attention.
It is that random moment you look at the clock and see 11:11, 12:34, 10:01, 17:17 etc. Or you are driving to work or home and all of a sudden you see 333 on a number plate, and it somehow pulls your attention.
Its like a sudden *snap* in your brain, which makes you think about the significance of that moment and trying to make sense of it. Trying to brush it off as just a ‘coincidence’.
From my opinion, coincidences dont happen. These synchronicities have something important to tell you, something personal.
How I started following these patterns/synchronicities, was by just starting to google that specific number. Angel number 17:17 for example. Every number has its own vibrational match to what it is trying to tell you.
Next time you notice a synchronicity happening in your life, just take a moment and think of what you just thought of before noticing this number. It is often an indication that either your subconscious is running negative or positive.
A soulmate is a person with whom one has a feeling of deep or natural affinity. This may involve similarity, love, romance, platonic relationships, comfort, intimacy, sexuality, sexual activity, spirituality
A Twin Flame is said to be the second part of your soul, that is incarnated into another body. It might look the same as a soul mate, but seems to be having a mucher deeper connection.
